Our working lives are long, and for most of us, well-being, job satisfaction, and intensity fluctuate over the course of a career. Sometimes, we make small or big decisions that change its direction; other times, those decisions are made for us. Many of us think about development and change only when we start looking for something new, but it is just as wise to think about the future to develop our current job. 

The better we are at identifying what we thrive with – and what we don’t – the better equipped we are to make the small and large decisions that move our working life in a positive direction. 

The aim of the session is not for you to apply for a new job or make major decisions afterwards, but to give you greater insight into how you can influence your own working life.
