As artificial intelligence technology becomes more accessible, designers are increasingly tasked with creating products that run on AI. And, though AI systems are highly complex and opaque, the products created with it should be as ethical as ever. Listen to this webinar and learn more about the ethical considerations when designing UX for AI.
What are some strategies for integrating ethical thinking into the design process, when working with AI?
In this talk, I will share case studies on companies that run on data and AI, working through their stories of impact, as well as on-the-ground experiences from designers who have confronted the intersection of AI, UX and ethics. Each case will be dissected into its design and ethical issues. We will also look at several tools for integrating ethics into design processes.
