Bianca Buznean, President in Women4Cyber Denmark

Bianca Buznean is the initiator and founder of Women4Cyber Denmark and has extensive experience within the cyber security realm from the financial sector, with a focus of risk management and threat analysis. Bianca is furthermore the primary driver behind establishing Women4Cyber Denmark, and is now heading the associations’ Danish chapter. Bianca is currently Head of Cyber Security Risk Management at Volvo.

Dea Sølbæk Lillelund, Vice President in Women4Cyber Denmark

Dea Sølbæk Lillelund Dea has been working with the ISO2700x frameworks for more than a decade, both in positions as manager and as consultant. Dea is currently working in Implement Consulting Group and is also speaker at the Cyber Community Collider and Secure Tech conferences. Dea is Vice President in Women4Cyber Denmark and is among the founding members of the association.

Harshita Gadham, mentee in the Women4Cyber Denmark mentorship programme

Harshita Gadham is a bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering in India. While I initially worked as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant. Harshita has actively sought to learn through online resources, but has chosen to sign up as a mentee because to learn from a mentor’s expertise and experience to help her progress faster in her career.

Henrik Thiesen, mentor in the Women4Cyber Denmark mentorship programme

Henrik Thiesen has through his senior management experience, a proven track record in enabling organisations to be successful. Having working across several domains, Henrik has found his home within cyber security. Henrik puts great emphasis on being authentic and to maintain his integrity. These and other values is some of things he brings to the table as a mentor in the Women4Cyber Denmark mentorship programme.
