Scaling Peakon to the World's Largest Companies

Peakon is a cloud-based web application that allows continuously listening to employees on topics such as employee engagement. Over the past couple of years, Peakon has been adopted by some of the largest companies in the world, each with hundreds of thousands of employees.
This talk covers the journey to meet that goal, the innovations we've had to come up with, and the insights we've derived.
