Robotization and digitalization to support shipbuilding operations in Denmark

The mission of SDU’s new Center for Large Structure Production (LSP) is to accelerate the industrial sectors maritime, energy and construction with robotization and digitalization. At the core of the LSP center at Odense Havn, a large robotic workspace will allow to research, develop, and innovate new automated production technologies. 

The presentation will describe the mission and the making of LSP as well as dive into its developments – with a special focus on shipbuilding. By Professor Christian Schlette University of Southern Denmark.
